No alarm this morning. Made breakfast and after getting ready we met Rilla and Jeremy. Our first stop would be to see the Changing of Guard at 11:00. We did, but there was no cavalry. After that we wandered over to the National Gallery. Spent about an hour strolling among the paintings. Lunch was at Muriels Kitchen in the gallery. It was good.

Rilla and Jeremy decided to head up to Kings Cross to see the Harry Potter platform so they took off on foot. We decided to go to see Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben) and then stop into the Westminster Abbey gift shop. The Jewel Tower was around the corner, but it was closed.

So we decided to go to Covent Garden, about 25 minutes away on foot. Wandered around, went to the Waterstones. Eventually found Rilla and Jeremy at a bookstore across from the House of Spells shop. They had a fun time seeing the 9 ¾ platform and the Harry Potter shop.

Supper was at Punch and Judy Pub. We took the 188 bus back to Bermonds Locke.
